Privacy notice

When you send an event enquiry, we receive your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), the event details and any dietary needs you share. We use them only to reply to you, to prepare and manage your event, and to issue invoices.

Your details are stored in our booking and events system, hosted in the European Union region of our providers where available, and are accessible only to the Port 21 team who handle events. Dietary needs you share are passed to our kitchen for your event.

We send you emails about your enquiry and event. We only send news about Port 21 events if you ticked the box to agree; you can stop them at any time.

We keep event records for as long as needed for the event and for accounting obligations. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to info@port21malta.com.

Table bookings are handled by Tableo under their own privacy policy.
